The Choice Program
offers several unique services for your patients. Our employees are trained
to show compassion in all patient contacts. This begins with the first
contact and continues throughout services provided; Insurance coverage
for all patients reflects in-network benefits for co-pay purposes without
regard to our contracted positions; Patients are charged their respective
percentage of the amount approved by their insurance.
We treat every patient
individually and work within his or her constraints to collect amounts
due. Participating groups in the Choice Program will have the benefit
of adequate products for patients without primary focus to their ability to pay.
Our policy of complete patient and surgeon
satisfaction is in place. Personnel are available for consultation and
product delivery on a 24-hour call basis.
The Choice Program
also incorporates a procedure to assist with the paperwork flow. We will
designate a technician in our office to be your direct contact. He or she will
be responsible for the management of inventory and processing all necessary
documents for billing purposes. An administrative
assistant will coordinate the flow of paperwork and assure that replacement
products have been ordered.
